做法:將牛油在小鍋裡融化後放入蒜末和薑末用小火炒香。然後放進其它材料煮滾後用中小火煮到醬汁剩下2/3。
Method: Melt the butter in a small sauce pan. Add the minced garlic and ginger and sauté until aromatic. Add the remaining ingredient and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook over medium-low heat until the sauce is reduced by 1/3.
